Food was decent. Atmosphere didn’t really match that of the hotel. I brought a group of 14 there and the server requested an additional tip on top of the 20% that was already added to the bill because of the size of our party. That was a huge turnoff because the service was just average. For that reason alone, I will never bring another group there again.

Decor is really nice, food is even better. I went with my little brother(partly pictured below with his pretzel lol) and my mom. Do note there are some things that most kids would like but I wouldn’t recommend taking anyone really young(no kids menu) but service was great.

While staying at the Omni Interlocken for a business conference, I decided to try some drinks at the Tap Room. I was greeted with a menu full of Colorado made craft beers! Being from Pennsylvania and never having been to Colorado before, I was fun being able to try local drinks.

AVOID. Took an hour to get our drinks, they overcharged us 80 bucks and then the manager was extremely rude instead of admitting his mistake. Food was mediocre. Waste of 100 bucks.
