5 stars all across the board. When I arrived I was a little iffy about placing my order especially when I saw someone having a hard time at the window, but once I got to the window the young lady was super nice and helpful. I never ate here but I love seafood, so I asked for her suggestion. Which she suggested a special called the jingle box. First , great suggestion it was so delicious. The snow crabs were succulent, and I got to say the added on seafood rice and broccoli were great as well. The wait was a little longer than other places I’ve been too but I did see everything was cooked fresh so it made sense. Will definitely be going back, the customer service and food quality was excellent all the way across.

Waited 2 hours for an order that was messed up, and then he looked at me like I was crazy when I told him it was messed up. Not supporting again. Had a friend come and place an order 30 mins after me and pick it up all while I was still waiting another 45 minutes. Keep track of tickets.

Had a friend pick up some crab claws for me. They came back an hour later and said that Taste Box ran to Walmart to get food, came back, cooked it (quickly), and then served. 6 hours later and I’m throwing up crab claws. Definitely not worth the taste. 0/5. Taste box, please be prepared with enough food at the beginning of the day. Order seafood from a RELIABLE, local seafood company, and make sure it is thoroughly cooked.

I placed an order on grub at 6:30. My order was canceled at 7:04 because they were “closed” after I had been notified that my order was being made. Their hours say they were open until 6:45.
