Stopped in for lunch. 1st time here. It felt like one side was a diner setting and then there was a bar & grill side. The environment was comfortable with a great selection to choose from on the menu. Be prepared to pay for everything separately, added costs for sliced cheese etc. It wasn’t extremely busy around 1ish, but definitely a steady pace of customers coming in and out, during our visit. The tenderloin was AMAZING, my french dip was yummy. The restrooms were well cleaned and stocked. Our waitress didn’t even write anything down, everything was correct when it arrived at our table! Very impressed. Thank you for a great 1st experience. Keep up the good work!

Tuesday early evening. Amazing food. Sweet corn nuggets are “OH MY GAWD” delicious, it was all you can eat walleye day. Came with 3 big perfectly fried pieces of walleye, some amazing fries that almost resembles checkers fries to me, 1 triangle of lightly toasted bread ( i would have preferred some butter and maybe another slice), 1 lemon wedge and 1 cup of tartar sauce (i would prefer 2 instead). Wasnt crowded, wasnt loud, had a good atmosphere and seems like it would be a great place to watch sports. Definitely stopping in again next time I have an extended break in Monmouth

Lunch on a Saturday got busier than they expected. Monmouth college alumni event buy they seemed unprepared. Took a long time to order sodas, then food, then waited for the kitchen. The server was covering a lot of tables. Food was good. I’ve been here before and it was also a little slow.

Great food, interesting but relaxing atmosphere & phenomenal service! The ribeye sandwich, Reuben, fries & fried mushrooms were absolutely AMAZING & our server was sweet, attentive, & quick with a smile. Prices were very fair for the portion sizes! We will definitely be back!
