I knew as soon as the home made bread came out it was going to be excellent! The olive tapenade was amazing where other places make it oily or acidic, it was delicate and simply fantastic! Quiet and quiant, authentic from scratch, don’t care that it’s Ala carte the portion size, quality to price is worth it! Cocktails were mixed perfect! My wife and I had a lovely dining experience. So much that I purchased gift certificates for other family/friends. Dine when you can relax and want the real deal.

Me and my family love this place. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. The portions are what they are suppose to be. You get free bread shortly after you are seated and the olive dip is delicious! Our favorite dish is the Salmon. My husband ordered it and it was so good that I ended up eating all of his food. Everything came out fresh. Glad to say we enjoyed both times that we went and we will for sure be returning.

Wife had homemade pappardelle noodles with four cheese and each cheese could be tasted in plenty. We shared a Caesar salad and I had gnocchi with Alan vodka sauce with prosciutto mixed into the light cream sauce. Delicious fresh bread they bake at the restaurant

My pizza was great and at a great price point ($12 for a 10 inch pizza). However, my fiancé got the Alfredo ($20) and added chicken ($6) and we were very shocked at the portions. He got maybe a fist sized portion of pasta and only 6 small pieces of chicken. He said it barely made him feel full. The homemade bread was good, so was our Italian Wedding Soup. All of our food needed more seasonings, even just salt and pepper. The Alfredo was great, my fiancé said it was some of the best pasta he’s ever had.

It’s a local Sagamore Hills restaurant, so we were hoping for the best. The chicken piccata sauce was extremely lemony, and the chicken marsala sauce was very bland. However, the chicken was moist and good, and the noodles were good. Average food for the price, and the salad was a la carte.

Food all came out at different time for a table of 4. Bread was very hard and dry, olive oil spread with vinegar had no flavor. Ordered the Penne Al vodka and it was an extremely watery sauce and zero flavor not even salt or pepper could help add some flavor. Meatballs were average not much flavor and dry. Prices were very high for the average of the entrees. Would not recommend.

Nice atmosphere. Loved the quiet and lack of tvs. Tasty rolls. Lobster bisque was terrible. Pesto tasted canned. Mediocre meatballs. Appreciated the gluten free noodle option. Came in hopeful. Left not expecting to be back.

It makes me so sad to see such critical ratings here for such minor things. I have been to this restaurant several times and each time have been met with sincere service and table visits from the owner. Their fresh pasta is the most delicious (I’ve had the vodka penne, carbonara is amazing) I have had, let alone from any establishment in our area. You can tell that the owner and his employees have put their all into this business and it’s a place we would love to have thrive here. I’ve come here with girlfriends twice now and they all enjoyed their meals and when my family has come with our young kids they were attentive and caring. A must visit and support!
