UPDATE: that is false information. I have the proof of payment on my end. I didn’t ask for the granola to be removed in the first place. Before we even put granola on the bowl that is when we had to Google the information. I also received no discount and didn’t ask for a discount. If you are going to assume which customer this is at least provide accurate information on this.
