Best pizza around. Great selection, and many customizations possible! I have known the Upper Crust pizza for 20+ years. It’s very good crust, marinara, and toppings. Order (online), pick up promptly, and enjoy. That easy. You can eat on site, but it ain’t Capital Grille – what did you imagine? delivery (3rd party) can be sluggish. Again, it’s not about the pizza. Reviews should not be about the weather that day! Not mentioning plain lies about their experience. Did not know so many crazies lived here.

I stopped in for lunch while working in Lexington today. I loved the pizza when they had a location by me. I work in the restaurant industry and visit 20+ restaurants a day. Unfortunately, the customer service is just not there. I walked in and I swear the two guys looked at me and said “what?” Like I was disturbing them. They also packed the hot pizza one on top of the other in a bag. I thought this was odd since it wasn’t one slice. When I opened the bag just like I thought all the cheese had transferred to the plate ruining one of the slices. I am still giving two stars since the pizza tasted good. Attached picture.

I should of read the reviews before ordering Ubereats. The worst tasting pizza I have ever had. BBQ chicken, the chicken had that microwave smell on it. I couldn’t eat the pizza even after I took the chicken off cause of the nasty smell. I didn’t get my banana pudding, they sent a note and gave me extremely old hard as a rock chocolate chip cookie. It was disgusting….. One and done for me.

Great thin and crunchy pizza place right in the center of Lexington. I had only been to the Beacon Hill location until today and I would have to say that the quality is consistent among them. The staff was young here and goofing around a lot but they were friendly and served our slices fast. Overall this is a great pizza place I would definitely recommend if you’re in need of a slice!

Pizza is great. Customer service is horrible! I keep trying to give this place a second, third, fourth chance, but every time I go in there, the employees are engaged in conversation with each other, and do not bother to look up when customers walk through the door. The vibe they give is that they can’t be bothered, and that you are interrupting their personal time. Sorry to bother you to hand me the pizza I’ve already paid for. Bad vibe.

Pre-ordered for party. They didn’t have chicken tenders. Cancelled order. They promised a refund but 5 days later… no refund. Now have to appeal through credit card. Have to spend time to call them back for third time. Very poor service.

Very rude customer service. Ordered pizza over phone but the person on the phone, who didn’t seem to speak English well, completely ignored my question over and over again and hung up rudely after taking the order. Upon picking up the pizza, I was about to sprinkle some parmesan cheese and pepper from their shaker when they told me that I have to pay extra to do that. What type of pizza place is this?

So I was picking up an Uber eats order here earlier and the guy behind the counter (a young tall African American man with glasses) was straight up rude to me. I had shown him my phone screen with the order info twice and when he asked me to confirm the order I pulled my phone back to do it and he said with attitude no that he has to see me doing the confirmation. I say ok sarcastically but I had already confirmed and and when I show him the screen again he accused me of showing him a screenshot. I was annoyed at this point and ask him what is he even talking about and show him how it’s not a screenshot. After a couple seconds he believes me and hands me the order. I’ve never been accused of showing a screenshot when picking up food so I don’t know what his issue was. Totally not cool and makes me hesitant to pick up orders from here again
