Went here last night with friends of ours who had a boat. Seemed like it would be great- lovely views of the bay and dock, nice lighting. Admittedly the food was actually good- if you want to wait TWO HOURS for it. Our waiter said he’d bring us things like bread but didn’t until when our food came out. The service was pretty abysmal and definitely not worth the price or the time it takes to get across the lake for that matter. I will never eat here again. Pretty disappointed. Be prepared to spend 6 hours here between the boat ride and the slow service. To end on a positive note, at least I got to enjoy two margaritas before my main dish came and not be drunk on the boat ride back!

Great food, with a french bent, albeit a bit pricy. What makes the Upper Deck shine is its tranquil location nestled at the end of placid Willsboro Bay, adjacent to a fine marina replete with tall masted sail boats and the like. The sunset views are quite lovely and having a drink and a walk down the long docks makes for a fine evening indeed.
