I had my son’s First Holy Communion there and am very disappointed. For the price I paid per person and for what I was promised I definitely didn’t get my moneys worth. Before the actual day the communication was just not there. I had to be the one calling them all the time to make my final arrangements and kept having to deal with different event coordinators. The day of the event when we arrived there was no valet parking available. My party started at 2 and the cocktail party was not ready while my guests arrived. We paid a maître d fee and still had no one there to help us and organize the event and welcome my guests. Everything was left to me to do and just brought me more stress on a special day. My cocktail hour displays were all squished on one table just on single plates. My hor dourves were past by one waitress with a very limited amount of food. I felt like every time I needed something that already should have been done, instead of helping they seemed annoyed that I would even ask. For example the patio furniture was all dirty and asked them to clean it for my guests, and not only they had attitude about it they didn’t even end up cleaning it. Overall my experience was a stressful and unpleasant one and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hosted my wedding reception here when it was The Villa, and have attended a few fundraisers here since it became The Mansion. As far as banquet halls go, the food is good, the place is clean, and the facilities are well-appointed. The management was easy to work with and the staff were very accommodating.

I was there this weekend for a dinner dance which had 300+ and it was a very poor show as per the service received. There were no water on the table and for the entire night they weren’t refilled. Even after requesting several staff no one took any interest in it. Food was bad and the service was worst. Most of the time it took them time to replenish the buffet table so most guests were out of some food items.Only thing that worked was the valet parking.
