As employees in the same shopping complex, my coworkers and I eat here fairly often. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is quite friendly and accommodating. This may be a relatively small eatery but it is designed to be a restaurant experience, so don’t expect fast food prices. The serving sizes are generally pretty large for the price, though, so it balances out. They do serve a variety of wines and beer, as well. The atmosphere is quite calm and inviting if you are eating in, but they also offer takeout service.

I love your restaurant. To the point where I gladly drive over an hour to get takeout. So I should be giving a 5-star rating. However, tonight, like several times the past year, I ordered only to find that my order was wrong when I got home. Not only wrong, but wrong in a way that it is inedible to me due to a severe allergy. I called to make the staff aware and was told I could drive back (turning my 2 hour and 40 minute drive there and back into over a 5 hour endeavor) or next time I come in, my entree will be free. I know that there is not a lot you as a business can do in my situation, but this makes me not want to return to your restaurant anymore because this exact mistake has been made 3 out of the last 5 times I’ve been there. I have even taken to reiterating to the employee taking my call-in order that I need tomato sauce on my entree, and it is so disappointing to have this continue to happen. Especially when I have been DREAMING about this food for weeks before I make the drive there. I am SO disappointed.

The service was amazing. The ravioli was delicious and the little sample of Italy gave a wide variety of flavors, but all of them were amazing. If you stop in for food make sure you try the garlic bread. Overall this is a fantastic place for a date or just an enjoyable meal.

Excellent food and priced right. The over all atmosphere was great with lattice around the booths with small lights. A small waterfall and electric fireplaces to make it comfortable. They have a good menu with many choices for lunch, or dinner. Staff is very friendly.

Lovely staff. Delicious food: one of the best steaks in the area, and the pasta is nice (not overcooked). I especially love that they will use less sauce if you request it. Their pizza is simply the best eaten fresh at the table…the crust is delectable. One of our favorite places to eat.

I personally thought the Alfredo sauce (I ordered the seafood Alfredo) was a bit on the weaker side of taste, the meat was a little on the skimpish side as well and the mozzarella sticks only come with 5 or 6 so I suggest another app. All this said, it all tasted overall really good and I can see myself going back. They are very reasonably priced for this area and what they serve. Everyone was quite polite as well and that’s always appreciated.

I’ve eaten here dozens of times, and never have I been dissatisfied. The food is all very well made, and with great presentation. Very nice portions, not huge, but not too shabby. The staff are all very friendly, and the atmosphere is great. There’s one waitress that remembers my group’s go-to drinks and appetizer orders. I personally believe they’re the best restaurant in Bluefield. The only downside is that they’re closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Ate here for the first time this evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The salads left a little to be desired. The pasta however, was absolutely delicious. I had the sampler, my wife had lasagna, and my daughter had manicotti. It was all delicious!! Really good Italian food at a decent price!!

Quaint little restaurant with good drink specials and good food. The big meatball appetizer was very good and the dinner portions are quite large, just about everyone at the table had leftovers to bring home. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
