My sister and I visited the Watershed Kitchen and Bar located inside the Bay Breeze Inn last week. We made a reservation over the phone, the woman was polite and kind. We were taken to our seats as soon as we arrived. The place was packed with an upbeat vibe. There was a bar (on the other side of the wall) with live music playing. It was nice to hear the music without it being too loud. The restaurant had a cozy feel. It was freezing outside and toasty warm inside. I ordered the white sangria, which was refreshing. The roasted chicken was one of the best I’ve had. The chicken was tender and juicy with a delicious truffle jus. The sweet potato purée was out of this world!!! My sister, ordered the Tagliatelle with pesto and shrimp, and said it was amazing. The waitress was very polite and checked on us a few times throughout the meal.

DELISH FOOD!!! We were heading out to the Orient Point ferry to head to Mohegan Sun for a show. Found this place online and had to go! SOOOO HAPPY we did!! It was a DELISH LUNCH~ first course~ Pinot Grigio from a local winery~YAYYYY (forget which one ). Then we split a lobster roll and shrimp tacos with a side of truffle fries! SOOO GOOD! ~ DEF RECOMMEND

Small-ish lunch menu made us think twice about coming but so so glad we did. Chopped salad was much better than expected, and the burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. The three of us at lunch were all blown away by how good it was. Had a nice cocktail as well. Lovely space. Highly recommended. Have that burger.

My husband and I had brunch here on a Saturday morning. I had a ginger Mimosa for me, and he had a Bloody. We also had French press coffee. I ordered the avocado toast with two eggs, and my husband had two eggs over easy with bacon, ham and potatoes. Both of our meals were exceptional. The atmosphere is very peaceful and beautiful. I wish I could recall our waiter‘s name, he was absolutely wonderful. He was a pleasure to talk to, he took the time to chat with us about the area and his background as a server. I have recommended this restaurant to other people who have gone and also loved it. We would love to stay overnight and try their dinner menu.

One of the best finds in the area while visiting. I wanted something not very heavy after days of indulging in heavy handed cuisines. I came to this place with a friend and to my surprise the Tagliatelle with the pesto sauce was right on the spot and refreshing. The flavor was so delicious and not super greasy, just what I wanted. The truffle fries were delicious too. The service was attentive with friendly staff, and the drinks were great with an attentive bartender/ service staff. The owner was welcoming. I liked the energy and you could tell these people work hard. I am coming back before I leave town, and wish I was local and could come here more often.

The food was so delicious!!! I had the ribeye and my party tried the ravioli, scallops, and the skirt steak. Everything was over the top delicious! The service was excellent and we had after dinner drinks on the patio next to the fire. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was delicious, service was great. Our only qualm were the drinks. My wife got a $4 soda and then was charged for a refill. The glass was mostly filled with ice and her first drink didn’t last very long. Just seems a little much to charge for refills for Pepsi. I’m fine paying $4, but not twice. Food and service were great!!

Second time there. Won’t be back. First time it took over an hour for our meals. Second time, two hour wait… 7pm reservation, 9pm eating. Last night, 35 min before cocktails arrived. Their “2 sheets to the wind” martini is listed with hot pepper juice and stuffed olives. I looked forward to cool blue cheese stuffed olives nicely off setting the hot pepper juice. Olives were not stuffed. Waitress said “oh, we don’t do that” i said “then change the description.” Last night, the Waitress said the olives were stuffed with blue cheese. Great! Nope! Still not, yet still described that way. Also, nowhere to park. Nothing was offered to offset the inconvenient long wait. BUT the food IS DELICIOUS. If you’re ok with a very long wait for everything, cocktails, wine, dinner, than this is your place, but for me, these two strikes and I’m out…. I’m fortunate our dinner guests were patient but not thrilled eating so late.
