The Waterway Grille is closed, but a great new Mexican restaurant, La Mina (the Mine) has opened in the same location. I personally witnessed them clean the place down to the slab and walls, then reload with refreshed furnishings & equipment. Ernesto and his wife put in lots of hard work and the results are wonderful! Give them a shot. Great buffet!
