This is my third Well Coffeehouse visit and third different location I’ve visited. The baristas were jamming out; taking orders, pulling shots, stackin’ tulips. The coffee is always great; some pour over offerings, two options for drip, and traditionally sized espresso based beverages. I love a good specialty cafè and The Well Coffeehouse seems to be a spot that no matter which location I hit up, they meet the mark.

This is the cafe you need on a gloomy raining day when you’re desperately in need of a pick-me-up hug-me coffee with a strong espresso shot in it — try their ‘John the Gardner’ with strong notes of basil and rosemary and subtle notes of blueberry. It’s the speciality coffee that can turn a tough day into a bright lovely day. As you leave, you’ll plan your next visit because the coffee is just that good. Don’t take my word for it, try!

What a great spot! I met a friend here for breakfast and coffee, and this is definitely a place I’ll return.

A popular coffee option in Nashville and the surrounding areas, espresso has a unique and nontraditional flavor. Though I always love supporting mission based coffee shops, and will continue to frequent The Well in Brentwood, the limited food options seem quite over priced and don’t appeal to me. Additionally, there isn’t a variety of seating options and it is almost always packed, anyways. Parking can also be a challenge and you will probably have to snake around behind the building and park in the garage. There are however, designated spots for retails customers.

Great place for coffee. The avocado toast was pretty good and fresh. The place has a good vibe.

A legit specialty coffeehouse. And all for a good cause – clean water.

I have been here twice over a 2 year period and the latte’s were great both times. It’s a good atmosphere for a cozy coffee hang and the staff are nice.

I lived close by and came here for many years. It was one of my go-to coffee shops as it had great coffee, yet also a great mission and atmosphere. I move out of state a year and a half ago and came back to visit. It’s still quality coffee, but the atmosphere feels a little different. The most notable thing is they used to play Christian music and seemed to have more content/messaging around the gospel. I am not opposed to a coffee shop playing “secular” music, but given how this was a noticeably different atmosphere (in a good, uplifting and Christ-centered way) in the past, I was disappointed to hear that. I’m wondering if there is new ownership ‍♂️. Still a nice shop overall, but now it just feels the same as other pretty good shops – not particularly unique or bold in their faith/mission. I don’t see myself going out of my way when in town or encouraging people that they “should” check it out anymore.

I have been skipping the chain coffee shops on our trip and have been trying different local shops each day. This was by far the WORST experience. Ignored, overcharged, and then the dude just stares at me blankly when I bring it to his attention. Will not explore this option ever again.

Excellent place to start your day with a great tasty coffee and a nutritional breakfast. Tried its Yirgacheffe coffee, interesting to see the way the coffee was made and it was smooth to drink with great aroma.
