Love coming back to the wharf as an annual tradition, but will be sure not to come when Alicia is working. EXTREMELY rude. If I could give zero stars for our service I would. As someone who works in customer service, her performance was unacceptable. Do better.

Kitchen and service were terrible. Spent one hour and 20 minutes waiting on a burger and a sandwich. Was even charged $1.99 for tap water! Do not recommend and won’t be back.

If you like Burger Bar in Springfield, MAKE THE TRIP-you won’t regret it!! These pickles and burgers are (were) so good! Found this place using Google maps and the photos confirmed it was where we wanted to go. It’s hidden by a gas station and looking at the outside, you wouldn’t think it was open, let alone a really great place to eat. (We chose the outdoor option.)

The door says they’re open til 2… We were told we can’t order after 1:45 because the kitchen has to clean up which is fine but we were there at 1:35 and told we couldn’t order. We won’t be back. Lots of other options in Decatur where we’re not made to feel like an inconvenience and refused service.

The Wharf is a good place to eat a cheeseburger & fries. They have good fried mushrooms for an appetizer! It is a good place to meet friends (inside or outside on the back patio) for dinner and drinks.

Husband had the Floyd’s smother fries. The onions and tomatoes that were on the fried were underripe and the fries were soggy. I had the chicken strips and Floyd’s fries and they were very mediocre.

Always come home to the wharf. Haven’t been in town in several years. Really like the remodel. I really like the wharf burger and floyd fries. Friend got the sweet potato fries and was quite happy.
