A fun place for lunch just a short ride from downtown area. Many seating options along the river or inside. Easy to order food and or ice cream (separate windows). Was really glad we chose this place to try!

You will find a variety of comfort foods that are prepared well but nothing really stands out and it truly feels like a snack bar at a baseball game type of food. It was good and it will hit the spot but that’s about it. The staff is super nice and friendly, and the food is prepared on time. Plus sitting outside by the river is very pleasant. It’s cash only though cause its 1970? Honestly we almost didn’t come here as we weren’t sure we had enough cash. They should just charge the 3% credit card fee and make this an option.

Why didn’t I take any photos of this super cool little roadside place? After an amazing round of golf in the mountains, I was starving and had zero idea where to eat. I was visiting from Texas and it was my first time ever in the area. On a whim, I pulled in to this joint and it was awesome! The burger was fresh, hot and had a great flavor! With perfect weather, sitting outside was beautiful. After my ice cream I was on my way, hoping that one day I will be back and bring the wife!

Our table got two cheeseburgers, grilled chicken sandwich and a whole belly fried clam dinner and the food was great! Place is having work done because of rain/flood damage but still running. Cash only but they have an ATM. Not fancy just good food and can be busy.

Really nice spot to stop and grab a bite to eat. I had the crispy chicken sandwich. The bun was nice soft and buttery but the chicken was more like a processed patty. Would probably go for the grilled version next time that looked like actual chicken. Alot of locals stopped by so not a bad stop

Cash only, ATM on site! Great atmosphere sitting outside, gives you that 50’s diner vibe. Just the basics on our first visit, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings and whole bellie clams.

Ben and Jerry’s is a brand I grew up with as a kid and to now learn about the history was incredible! I greatly enjoyed learning about the different types of ice cream made in the factory. The ice cream selection is extensive but I highly recommend taking the time to read the menu and see what’s new.
