Amazing food, fun atmosphere, good service. I would highly recommend The Wicked loon. We tried several different plates in our party of 8, everyone was very happy with their food. I recommend the chicken masala, it was cook perfectly and the masala sauce was very good!! You can not go wrong if you stop at The Wicked Loon! Enjoy!!!

My husband and I came here on Sunday for a drink at the bar and we had a great experience. The 2 bartenders were so kind, the drinks were delish, and the vibe was great! Everyone’s meals around us looked awesome so we agreed we had to come back for dinner.

If you are looking for a unique dining experience, this is the place! A restaurant with a fun vibe, friendly staff, and excellent food. The Seafood Cakes are absolutely delicious! I had the Chicken Marsala, and my husband had the Salmon. We are looking forward to another great evening at The Wicked Loon.

It’s always nice to have a new restaurant in town. This restaurant the Wicked Loon is owned by the same guy as Marker 21 above it and it shows in the menu, and just like everything else in Wolfeboro the prices are high and the food is barely better than mediocre. I had the wicked burger and it was cooked medium well done and the presentation was decent, but was very very greasy. The french fries were perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. Our waitress was the best part of the experience followed by the beautiful view of Wolfeboro Bay.

Wolfeboro continues to surprise! With paint still wet, we scored a Wicked Loon table in this cleverly designed lake front restaurant. With my beverage cooling on the ice rail, we took a moment to exam the design detail. Spoiler alert – is that a Loon in the bathroom? Don’t forget your photo op at the neon loon.

We came for a view of the lake, and walked away with a happy stomach and a smile on our faces. Our bartender, Sandra had some great suggestions! 603 Amber (I like stouts, which they didn’t have, but this beer was a close second), and Fiddlehead Hazy IPA (he by likes Hazy). We shared the Fire Dragon Shrimp on a bed of slaw, Yum!! Great service, great atmosphere and great food equals 5 stars for me.

Great, friendly service and lake views, the portions sizes are minuscule and it’s mostly overpriced fried food dressed up to look fancy. I would spend my money at the little diary shack next time, same type of food for half the price. The summer salmon was particularly disappointing – they served a thin slice of salmon in a bowl, though it was sold as an entree. The Cobb salad came in an entree plate twice the size.

A group of us were lucky enough to attend the Loon’s soft opening on Saturday. What a treat! The atmosphere bubbled with the excitement of a new restaurant in town, and it was clear to see that folks were enjoying themselves. The Loon’s extraordinary menu made it difficult to make choices, but favorites included the perfectly prepared salmon, fish and chips

The blacked porterhouse was amazing. Our wait staff were super friendly and accommodating. The wait for food was very little. The only sad thing was that they were out of oysters by dinner time. Overall wonderful.
