It was like a Richard’s and Hall’s mixed together. Had some seafood there and the normal burgers and chicken meals. Decent sized portions, the large iced tea are large size. Big desert menue. Prices were fare too.

I would have gave it a zero star if I could have. Bar tender was drinking and appeared drunk. We watched her do two large shots. Asked if we wanted to order after sitting at the table for ten minutes. Twenty minutes later I went and asked if we could order. Writing this before we even get our food because at this point it doesn’t matter how good the food is. She had to confirm our order three time.

Disappointed with the service and food. Been here several times as I live a couple miles away. This time I invited my father who had never been here before. Service was rushed from the beginning, couldn’t get a full conversation in nor did my dad really have time to browse the menu before the waitress came to ask for our order. When I got my food, the server messed up my order. I pushed it to the side thinking she would come right away considering how rushed everything was. She didn’t. Had to go up to the front with my plate to tell her my order was made incorrectly. My dad finished his plate by the time mine was remade. Inside of my omelette was runny as if it wasn’t cooked all the way through. Server apologized and we understand that mistakes happen, but if you are going to take it off the bill, we expected that and it never happened. Still tipped 20%, but we won’t be returning. Sad as this used to be the place I have breakfast frequently.

I hope my experience was just unlucky We did go later around 8. We sat ourselves (there’s a sign that says to) and a server took a really long time to show up. There was only one other couple there, so it wasn’t busy. They really didn’t notice us. Do not order the fish n chips. The frozen ones you get at the store are better. They were actually terrible, and when I ordered them my standards were already low It was pretty expensive too. For two orders we paid about $40 and we left hungry. The server was really nice, I’ll give them that.

We had this guy as a server in bar area and I think he completely forgot about us, it took about 45 minutes to get our food after waiting 10 minutes to even get a menu. He then proceeded to forget several items from our order – still charging full price of course- and brought them out while our meals were finished and we waited for the check.

The food was good. The restaurant was dirty. Most if the tables were dirty. The waitress had to clean a table for us to sit down. Someone sat rolling silverware in napkins instead of cleaning off tables for customers. The floor was pretty dirty with multiple butter packets layng in the floor. If we would go back it would be for the bar to try that. It was dark in the bar so we didnt even realize it was open.

The 1/2 lb Willows burger was good, tho I like my burgers cooked a little less “done”. It was still juicy, so it wasn’t overcooked; it’s just my preference to have some pink in the middle. Really good for the price.
