My wife and friends were walking through Vermilion and decided to stop into the Wine Vault. It was the best decision we ever made while in Vermilion! The bar is cozy and surprisingly quiet given the place was packed. The bartender and owner, Josh, was friendly and took very good care of our party. The food was absolutely delicious!!!!! I would not have expected this caliber of food in a wine bar and the price was very reasonable. Can’t wait to visit again!o

My wife and I spent a Friday evening here and it was lovely. The owner works behind the bar and was ver friendly. It sounded like most nights you need a reservation to get a table but we snuck into two seats at the bar. Wine and food are both fantastic!

With the only exception being a gluten intolerance situation.. The entire experience was great! Josh helped personalize our visit by hand picking a “wine flight” for me. My steak, scallops and risotto were cooked to perfection. The mini cheesecake dessert was like a creamy piece of heaven in the center. A great mother’s day celebration.

You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Literally everything is perfection! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t come for a quick bite, this is an experience. This time around we had the OCP perogies with an filet add on and the short rib burger and the best fries around.

Absolutely NEVER a bad experience or bad meal. Gourmet cuisine designed for the pallet of a connoisseur, but a relaxed and casual atmosphere that welcomes both the aristocrat and local regulars. Perfectly designed, on purpose, to bring fine dining to all without classification. Whether it’s your first time, or your 20th time, the owners and staff make you feel welcome and absolutely at home.
