Just ordered from DoorDash. I usually expect my fries might be soggy (like wingstop) since I’m getting delivery, but they were still hot and crispy when they arrived. Ordered the Garlic Parmesan fries, they were delicious and the serving size was more than adequate. The amount of garlic sauc on the fries was a little on the small sidthat’s much better than drowning the fries and creating a soggy mess.

The worst experience I have had with the food and customer service. Paid extra for sauce that I never received. The fries were cold and they wouldn’t give us a refund or new order.

The flavors are good but the kitchen staff is not. Whoever has been recently hired does not pay attention to detail and doesnt care about the quality of their work. I have received less and less sauce on my wings every time I order and today the wine is have no sauce at all. I havent received the advertised crinkle cut fries in weeks. Doordash wont refund my order from here because of the constant mistakes I have reported from here. Quality has gotten worse and worse and today is the last straw.

Ordered through DoorDash and asked for plain wings, but couldn’t order through the app plain for some reason. Was required to choose 2 sauces, and then had to select “sauce on side.” The merchant did not “allow” special requests to make SURE they were plain. So I sent a text to the dasher to please confirm the wings were plain, which she did. She was told “they should be plain.” They were sauced! And not even with the sauce that was supposed to be on the side, it was something spicy so the picky eater couldn’t even attempt to eat it! Both orders of fries were also cold and limp.

First time and last. No sauce, no flavor, not the least bit hot temperature wise or spicy. Made me sick to my stomach. Called and asked when i ordered if they were crispy to which the answer was yes. Not so.

Really good jumbo wings. They offer a variety of different flavors to choose from and so far the Kansas BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, and Cajun are amazing. I defintley will be back very soon.
