The Wing Pickup is a family owned and operated small local business. We started in 2011 with our Food Truck Wingz On Wheelz and Opened The Wing Pickup on July 11, 2020. We serve fresh hand breaded jumbo wings, chicken strips, chicken sandwiches made to order and hand cut nuggets. Just great wings and pasta salads and a Lil- mo’ to offer. I enjoyed the wings with the in house sauce the pasta salad was good as well the staff was very friendly the food came out on time and I do recommend this place the price is much better than most very reasonable i hope it stay this way for I shall return

I have found my new favorite wing spot!!!! I ordered the garlic parm wings and the dipped chicken sandwich! Not only are the prices better than the other spots, the food is absolutely delicious… BIG UP’s to Victor and the very nice staff. I ordered before I left work for lunch and my order was bagged and ready by the time I got there!!! I’ll definitely be back! Don’t judge me I already started eating before I took the pic!!! Do you see the size of these wings?!?!?!?!

Decided to try this place based on reviews and we are so glad we did. Tried the award winning sauce and barb a lo on wings and it was amazing. We also got mac and cheese, and my son had a mac and chicken bowl with award winning sauce. 10/10 I was wanting good wings and these were great! I’m happy we found a local place to get some really good food.

Their nuggets are BOMB. Crispy and soft at the same time. I’ve tried all flavors and they are all amazing. Prices are great as well. This is my lunch spot. The mac and cheese isn’t bad either.

I would have given this no stars if it would have let me. My husband ordered $150 worth of food. All the boxes have melted to my chicken and none of the six boxes were correct I was told I can bring it back in and they would have my new chicken ready in 25 minutes. It has now been 45 minutes. I’m still waiting, I was told that other customers came, and they had to fix their food before they corrected my order. I had to drive all the way back up here, and was not offered any kind of common decency. Timber the Manager on duty would not even come talk to me in person about this matter. However, the owner is a really nice guy and always gets our order rite as we order this same big order every other week. If he would have been there this would have never happened and if Timber would have been a half decent manager towards me as a customer this review would not be here.

Some great wings off of the highway! The fry batter was well seasoned and the Award Winning sauce (that’s the name of the sauce) was a fun spicy BBQ. Not sure I’d come here frequently, but the wings were better than expected so if you’re on your way somewhere else, I’d say a stop in Statesville for The Wing Pickup ain’t bad. I’ve had many wings in my life and these are towards the top of the list of what I’ve had

Ordered online for a certain pickup time—order not ready upon arrival and they seemed surprised we were there. Sauces were supposed to be on the side of one of our orders but was not. Other order had little mango habanero sauce but had ordered extra saucy. Sauce seemed to be on the bottom paper and not much on the wings. Won’t be going back. The order was sent beforehand online—so not sure how the order had errors. Even left a tip and told them ahead of time it was our first experience. You can see from the picture that the sauce is on half the wings and the other side is dry. They were fresh however, because we had to wait. For the price, wish it was a better experience.

1st time eating here after wanting to try it for sometime. The customer service was absolutely unparalleled to anywhere else I’ve been recently, even as they had 20 minutes until closing they were so kind and helpful. My family got a bunch of stuff to share to try each thing and everything so far was so so delicious. They waited to make my drink until i got there so the ice didnt melt and the fried pickles are the best fried pickles ive ever had. I literally stopped eating to write this review. Run, dont walk!!!!! Thanks Wing Pickup!
