Food was great. Service was great. All in all it was a good experience, being my first visit and all. I was a little thrown off by one of the employees behavior though, the cowboy, possibly manager? He was pushing around an obviously new employee and talking down on him in front of all of the customers in the store. It caught everyone’s attention and I felt for the young man that he was attempting to “dominate”. This is not the experience people want to have. The cowboy is probably the reason why I keep hearing that the employee turnover rate is so high, I bet if cowboy took a step back, the place would do that much better. I may or may not return, I really don’t care to support a business that treats their employees horribly.

Thank god my sandwiches were good, the problem our sides and service were horrible. I bit into a fried mushroom, and it was cold, nothing like cold liquid in your mouth. Onion rings were cool (5 only buck a piece ), so we had to air fry them both. The guy slicing meats and cheeses interrupted the girl ringing us up, so it messed up what she was doing and made it so she had to ring us up again, I’m pretty sure it still wasn’t right and the sandwich builder was not very polite. The only employee who did it all right was the kid running the grill. $60 worth of disappointment!

I got the Philly cheese steak, beer battered fries and Buffalo wings for my daughter. Everything was good, well priced and a good atmosphere. I will go back and get cheese curds and the works sandwich.

The best FRESH delis subs in SE Idaho. My go to is 8” Boss on white with pepperjack . Add lettuce sprouts sweet peepers olives shrooms mayo mustard vinegar oil and ALL the seasoning! This sandwich just blends in layers of flavors. Top it off with Buffalo fries and Dew ! Thank me later.

The last few times I’ve been in I’ve been so impressed. Everyone always wants to eat at the same time and the staff does an amazing job at getting the orders done correctly and staying upbeat and positive. The food is great quality and it’s a favorite of my whole family. Jessica (I hope?) does a phenomenal job greeting us, ringing us up, making sure we have everything and being super helpful. Seriously people like that are genuine and awesome. Ty is also super cool and makes us feel like regulars.
