Tried this place for Brunch this past weekend. All in all it was a good experience. There were 5 of us and we made reservations beforehand so we were seated super quickly. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Four of us had sangria and the other saw one of the Bloody Mary’s and had to give that a try. The sangria is good, kind of has a different “spice” flavor to it.. Perhaps cinnamon or something. The bloody mary gets a perfect 10 on presentation, but she ordered it spicy and found it to be pretty bland actually. Food was good, photos below. My only complaint is that I ordered the guacamole toast and it was a very small portion size. Overall 8/10 and we will definitely give it another try.

Got to visit Thee Tree House on their 3rd day of opening since conversion from Platt Street Borough on Sunday for brunch. The atmosphere was nice and clean, the menus looked the same as prior concept menus except a few new additions. We had bottomless mimosas which as a result of the servers generous refills earned this review it’s 3 stars.

I went to Tree House yesterday (10/23/22) with 5 of my friends. We noticed a start and end time paper on table (start: 12:07pm, end: 2:07pm). We planned to get the bottomless mimosas so we were worried that we wouldn’t get the full two hours. However, the menu stated the timer begins once the drinks hit the table. We got our drinks at 12:28. We had a great time and our waiter was incredible. Around 2:07, our waiter came and said we had about 10 min left, we said okay and he got us one last round of mimosas. We lost track of time and we weren’t told anything again until the hostess came at 2:25ish (which should’ve been our real end time) stating that we needed to get up immediately because they have another reservation and that we didn’t leave when they told us too. We attempted to explain that we didn’t purposely overstay our welcome, and she continued to argue that she was there when our waiter told us to leave (he did not tell us that). She continued that she wrote down the card herself so we had to leave at 2:07, so we explained that we didn’t get our drinks at the start time. She argued back, and I brought up what the menu says about when the timer starts. She said the timer started at 12:07 to which I responded the menu should be changed. My table got up and decided to finish our last drink by the bar. One of my friends attempted to get the manager, but they were unable to talk to us. The best part was that they didn’t even use our table, they took our table apart and only used our two extra chairs for another table… there was a stack of chairs right by the bar… The hostess was so incredibly rude to us which ruined our brunch experience. The menu should be changed since she claims she starts the timer. If you still decide to go, order your mimosas before you even sit down.

It’s a nice chill spot with good music and food. It gives off a ska/surfer, hippie vibe which is cool. The place was clean and the food was really good! There drinks are also really good but a little pricey for what I would normally spend. They have a swing bar outside and multiple bars inside. They have trees and vines throughout the place to give it the feel your eating in a treehouse which is different and really cool.

We had so much fun at this restaurant! The wait staff is amazing. The food, while really good, I felt, was limited. I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted. We had a three year old with us, but there didn’t seem to be a menu for her. However, she was really happy to eat a plate of bacon! The specialty drinks were very tasty though. Reservations are highly recommended.

Tried out Platt Street Borough for the first time and it turned out to be so good. The layout is inviting and the decor is modern. We ordered the chips and guacamole which was a great appetizer for 2. For drinks we sample a few different ones such as the Moscow mule, North by northwest red blend, white lady and the cucumber flower. All were smooth and refreshing.

Nice atmosphere, the music is nice and groovy. I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, it was a nice breeze. The greeter hospitality was very impressive. The drinks & salmon dish I ordered was good. I certainly plan to visit again soon.

The first time I came here for brunch I loved it. The service and food were great. I ordered endless mimosas and my glass never ran empty. Since I’ve been recommending this place but this past weekend that was not our experience.
