Had a wonderful meal here on Thanksgiving! Very home style cooking. We made reservations and were promptly seated upon arrival. The decor is a little dated but the food is great. Wait staff was attentive and cleared empty dishes quickly. Many style meals were available to include steak, shrimp and the classic turkey. Ordered the turkey meal and it came with white and dark meat, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce covered in gravy. There was also a side salad and dessert, apple or pumpkin pie! Food was plentiful and warm when arriving at the table. Very tastey. It was filling to the point we had to get pie to go! Kudos to the staff for taking Thanksgiving to make other a meal. Great job and would recommend Theodore’s to anyone for a good home style cooked meal.

We were there for the 50th celebration for Chittenango’s Evangel church. The food was fabulous. The horseradish sauce for the beef had the right warmth. And the potatoes ! They were amazing, almost addicting. They were salt potato size and perfectly cooked. Melt in your mouth potatoes !

Was treated to dinner for my 80th birthday & everything was wonderful. The waitress was very attentive & friendly. Enjoyed the food ( I had the sea scallops) & everyone else enjoyed theirs as well. The service was prompt & courteous. Very casual & “homey”.

I have gone to Theodore’s several times since they opened. The atmosphere is great, I love the decor and the food has been terrific. Stopped in today for a quick lunch with a friend after shopping in New Hartford. Had the half a sandwich and cup of soup and it was absolutely delicious. I’ve come on Sundays with some friends and have the larger dinner meals and it has been terrific also. Whenever I’m over that way I like to stop at Theodore’s.

First time for me and my son. Very nice atmosphere. Great service. Portions were good. I had the Reuben-perfectly portioned with onion rings that were crisp but not greasy-maybe air fried?. My son had a great salad with a good portion of grilled steak and nice variety of veggies. Prices were fair. Service was good. Definitely going to go back for dinner to try the famous chicken fricasse.

We stopped in for lunch on our way back home from upstate NY. It was an easy place to get to off the highway with plenty of parking. Decor is dated, but the food was delicious. I had a BLT salad and my fiance had a club sandwich. The chicken in both was moist and had good flavor. Our server was very nice. Would stop in again if in the area.

The food was delicious and fresh we stopped in for lunch. The server and staff were amazing my son is autistic and they went above and beyond to make him feel included and were very patient and wonderful and we are very grateful to see such a wonderful response and care towards our son.

My husband and I went to the Thanksgiving buffet. Everything was delicious but the TURKEY! It tasted like deli, salty, processed turkey. Disappointed! For what we were charged, you would think there would be real turkey.
