Drip Coffee 10oz
A cup of black coffee from a rotation of different single origin and blend options. Ask your barista what is currently on drip next time you stop by and try a free sample.		 $2.50
House Espresso
Trifecta Blend – House Espresso Double Shot – Blend composed of three rotating coffees with the goal to have a blend that is consistently sweet, great on it’s own, punchy enough to be good with milk and have some delicious backing fruit notes.		 $2.50
Single Origin Espresso
We dial in and serve different origins throughout the year as a single origin option for espresso. Comes as a double shot, volume differs per origin. Ask a barista what they recommend currently for SOE or look at the current pour over menu for different options for espresso.		 $2.95
Americano
Double shot of our house espresso diluted to 5 oz to 10oz depending on how much water is added. We recommend a second double shot for 16oz size.		 $2.75

Trifecta House Espresso – Steamed Milk – 10oz size – Ask baristas for syrup options plus check the menu for the current seasonal drink menu with house made syrups.		 $3.85

Ghiradelhi ground chocolate, house made vanilla syrup, trifecta espresso and steamed milk.		 $4.25

Trifecta house espresso and steamed milk with slightly more aeration to increase texture more than our latte but not foamy like more traditional cappuccinos.		 $3.50

Pour Over
Coffee made by the cup with a rotating menu as coffees come into season each harvest. Check the pour over menu at the register to see flavor notes, prices and ask your barista for their current recommendation and for more info.		 $3.99
Cascara
Coffee comes from a cherry like fruit, this fruit is dried and then we make tea from it which is known as cascara or coffee cherry tea.		 $3.50

House made peppermint syrup and ghirardelli cocoa		 $4.34
The Canadian
We start with kombucha and flavor it with real Vermont maple syrup. Then we reduce that down to a sauce consistency over an hour. We make the drink by adding the maple kombucha sauce, Oatly oat milk, espresso into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to combine and make the texture creamy. Then we pour it into a 10oz rocks glass and top with fresh grated nutmeg.		 $4.75
Apple Pie Chai
Apple cider and house made chai tea combined to make a drink that we think resembles a fresh made apple pie.		 $4.35
Brown Sugar + Cinnamon Latte
New take on a classic Third Wave winter drink, spiced brown sugar latte. This year we spiced things up with ethically sourced Saigon cinnamon. This is the same kind of cinnamon used in candy like red hots or hot tamales. It gives off more punch and intense cinnamon flavor which aides in the spice part of this years spiced brown sugar latte. We take full pieces of Saigon cinnamon bark and brown sugar and reduce it to a syrup.		 $4.65
Death Cream Milkshake
Madagascar vanilla beans soak overnight in cold brew and cream blended together in a milkshake maker to make a rich, creamy, and deluxe version of a vanilla milkshake. Topped generously with ghirardelli cocoa powder or whip cream (by request).		 $4.75

The employees are so friendly and will have a conversation with you while they make your drink if it isn’t too busy. The atmosphere I’d calming and comfortable. But more importantly, the drinks are made perfectly! Soo good. I’ll be back as often as I can. My friend and I got the London fog and a caramel/white chocolate latte. I also have gotten their Matcha latte, and it does not disappoint.

Went here yesterday to purchase fresh coffee bean. The employees are so friendly and answered my questions about how to make a perfect espresso. The environment inside is comfortable and relaxed. Thirdwave coffee is by far the best speciality coffee shop within 150 miles. The atmosphere is calm and very relaxing. The baristas are all friendly and treat their customers very well. The Coffee, Tea, and everything else is truly wonderful. I cannot praise this coffee shop enough. Definitely worth the stop! And for this I will give them 5 stars.
