The atmosphere was good and had a great time at bingo. I had something to eat, but what was said in the menu and what i got was horrible. I asked for the rib eye burger. I thought it would be strips of rib eye. I was wrong, it was just a burger patty on a bun. It tasted like a burger I would get a dairy queen. Very mis leading. Other then that I had a good time.

My wife got yelled at by the bar tender about her son being designated driver doesn’t get a free non- alcoholic drink, apparently I got an impression that they have assigned seats .During bingo apparently wife couldn’t pass the bar , was told that she couldn’t go pass the bar all the seats were reserved.” Another impression why I believe the seats were assigned, was because my brother-in-law was told that the seats were assigned again, and they told him he could sit at the tables upstairs. I feel that wasn’t cool because he has a Cain and had to climb a bunch of stairs to sit down. I feel we spend a good amount of money plus tips in hopes that we wouldn’t be treated as second class. I’ve been taught in customer service you treat the customer by giving excellent service in return the customer takes care of the people who serve them well. If these things don’t get achieved the customer will go somewhere else and the person that served them will not see them again and the customer will tell more people about the experience and treatment they receive.
