I am writing to give a review for your location in Union City Ga. First the young lady that was at the drive thru tonight need to be retrained!!! Very unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to customers!!! I never had this problem with the older ladies!!! Secondly, the rib tips and St Louis ribs are horrible!! The rib tips be so hard even after asking and being told they are tender I get home just to find out they are hard!!! I love your restaurant and never had a complaint until this one was out over near me and start eating there!!! Last but not least please if you gone advertise the rib tips make sure all your stores have tender and easy to chew rib tips thanks a million

I came in to the Stockbridge Ga location for a create your plate on March 22 2021 around 8p. The man and woman in charge of dishing out food were extremely rude and unmannerly, the poor girl at the register was the only genuinely nice person and she was even annoyed with her co workers when she asked to replace a side for me. I ordered beef tips that night, they are usually tender but this night unfortunately they were overcooked, so overcooked that I hurt my tooth.

Placed order online on 11/13 for two person meal at the Fayetteville location. Arrived at restaurant at pick up time where I was told they “didn’t have any fried chicken” and I’d need to wait an additional 30 mins??? Didn’t have time to wait so asked for a refund but was told “I needed to contact corporate for a refund”???? Left with no food and no refund. The staff/ manager Jonathan handled the situation VERY poorly. Won’t be going back anytime soon. You’d think they would have figured out this whole order online thing by now. ♀️ ♀️ they could have at least gave me a heads up they ran out of food!

And The Prices At This Restaurant is Expensive and Their Meats And Size Are High I Won’t be back here Again Because They Restaurant Have Been In Atlanta 30 + And Doesn’t Treated The Community Well. Nice venue to hold private events. The place needs some updating in the bathrooms though and the lighting. The location had plenty of parking for about 50 vehicles. Fairly clean. After decorating, the place presented much better. Reasonably priced as well.

On customer appreciation day I stood in line over 20 min waiting to be served. Finally upon being asked what would I like, I ordered a vegetable plate and cornbread. They were out of cornbread and I was told that the restaurant advertised they could run out of items. I was not told we have some cooking…I was not asked if I could wait a few…I was not offered an alternative. I stated I only ate my vegetables with the cornbread. Their food may be tasty but their professionalprofessionalism and business ethos is tasteless. We scheduled an event and waited for them to send the contract as they instructed. But as our date got closer and we checked back in with them, they had subsequently scheduled someone else for our date. They told us at that time that the other party put a deposit down. But they NEVER asked us, not even during one of our three visits, to put a deposit down. They just took our email addresses and told us they would send a contract….which never came. So if you decide to use them, which I don’t recommend, make sure you pay the deposit on your first visit. Horrible.

The banana pudding is usually very good, at least at the Fayetteville restaurant; in College Park, they should cut back on the sugar! I’m not sure there is actually pudding in it because of all the sugar. I might have eaten 2 slices of banana in my serving. Needs improvement.
