Menu does not match the prices. Cashier didn’t really care what the prices were JUST pay for your food. The line server had a great attitude. The ribs were dry, and a handful for 20 dollars ain’t gone get it. They ran out of food early in the day. I was told to cross the street if I wanted certain items. Well, I’m sure the owners can pay someone to do price changes and menus boards. A lot of locations are opening, CAN’T we get that little bit. If it says it on the si, n that’s what I expect. LOWER PRICES WOULD BE GOOD ALSO. SENIOR DISCOUNTS. SPECIALS OR SOMETHING.

Wow i don’t know where to begin. Let me start with the positive, the staff is very friendly, however they are extremely slow! I got a half slab of ribs and to sides and it took them every bit of 25 minutes! The Mac and cheese and greens were good however the ribs were tough and at $27 a plate I expected much better I probably never will return

Tried this place for the first time and was highly disappointed. Portion size was terrible and prices are wayyy too high for the quality. Got baked chicken and was given one small piece of chicken for almost $20!

THIS IS IT AINT IT ANYMORE! THIS USE TO BE THE BEST ONE, BUT NOT ANYMORE! THE QUALITY HAS WENT DOWN JUST LIKE THE OTHER ONES! So I went to the to go to location on camp creek and order the catfish nuggets with collard greens and green beans. I got home and the first bite I took was the collard greens and boy was there a surprise. As soon as I put the fork in my mouth I felt something pulling. I removed the food from my mouth and there was a long gray hair in my food. I called them to let them know what happened but the line was busy. So I called the full service location on damp creek and asked for the manager. I explained to the manager what happened and she apologized and told me that I had to talk with someone at that location. I proceeded to tell her that I was unabated to contact someone at that location in hopes that she would help. Smh. She told me that they didn’t close until 10 and that I can take it by there today or tomorrow. I assume this happens often because she was not worried about handling my complaint. I won’t be visiting any of their locations may more. The hair was so long and entangled in the greens that I can pick up a clump of greens with the hair. I’m done.
