Just tried this place today. I had a craving for a Shrimp Po’ Boy, but google kept showing me all these popular places in Alexandria and D.C but the food didn’t look appetizing despite the good reviews, so I randomly typed “seafood” along with several small towns surrounding where I lived and this gem popped up so I decided to give it a try. I just have to say this was the best place I’ve eaten since I’ve been living the DMV area. My food was 10/10. The portions were hefty, everything was fresh, even down to the tomato on the sandwich! The staff was so friendly and service was quick. I just want to give everyone a warm hug after eating here because this place reminds me of home. Thank you all for what you’ve brought to this community. You have a lifelong customer. ♥️

Delicious! Period. My first time ordering from This is Seafood. From order to store it took me 15 mins to get there – my order was ready hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean upon entry. The young lady who started my order and the owner who finished my order were both up front and super friendly. I ordered lemon pepper wings with Cajun fries and 12 shrimp with hush puppies…YUM. They showed me my food before bagging and asking for any sauce choices. The sweet tea and the lemonade reminded me of my family’s drinks in the south! Iced and sweet. The wings were a nice size, seasoned perfectly and cooked just crispy enough. The shrimp were clean deveined on both sides and the batter coating was just enough. The shrimps were indeed jumbo. For the sides there was a generous amount. For the prices, the food is definitely worth it. Great customer service goes a long way in my book and I will be a repeat customer. <3

This is my new spot. I got the steak and shrimp fries – perfect comfort food. Made to order healthy portions. Friendly and helpful staff. They have bone-in fish also which is kind of hard to find nowadays. I spent $15 which is fair and standard for seafood in this area. I heard they have great cake too. I will be back!

My first time there I had jumbo shrimp, they were large hot fresh and delicious. The whiting was good too. The shrimp were amazing yesterday as well, and I also ordered catfish. I couldn’t eat all of the fish so I reheated it in the oven today and let me tell you. It was still so moist inside and crispy outside. Just perfect! the only reason I didn’t give a five rating is both times I didn’t care for the fries and this time I didn’t like the onion rings. Staff is awesome!

I had honey old bay wings and fried rice! It was good and they gave me plenty. My family ordered a couple of pans of fried whitening fish for cookout. Everyone was going back for more! Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Crab & Shrimp tray was ok, I got house special. One thing I do like, shrimp are peeled so you can bite right in! I got a cheesesteak egg roll. It was good but needs more meat.

Delicious! This was my first time here. I ordered the fried shrimp w/ shrimp fried rice. My husband got the 4pc catfish w/ shrimp fried rice. We also got cheese fries. The food was so good! Definitely will visit again.

This is my first time eating here and as soon as I tasted the honey bbq I could not stop eating. I almost chewed through the bone! The homemade sauces like the yum yum and the mambo are so good I almost drank them. 10/10 coming back as soon as I get paid!
