thơm® builds upon family tradition-inspired central-to-southern Vietnamese ingredients offering a small menu assortment and specials—rotating seasonally. The chef’s cuisine is Phở Chay (Vegetable Noodle Soup), Cơm Gà (Chicken and Rice), Phở Bò (Beef Noodle Soup), and Bún Thịt (Pork and Vermicelli Noodle.)

It is a pretty good place for some good homemade style pho served by a friendly elder gentleman. The place is pretty small with a handful of tables. The items are simple as there are only 4 items to choose from. I opted for the beef pho and was pleased at the quality of it. The place also sells some small snacks that aren’t fond at your local stores.

Best vegetarian pho I’ve ever had. A lot of places the veggie pho is a watery broth, this place it’s super flavorful and full of veggies and fried tofu. So good!

Delightful little pho place. Cozy and delicious and the owners are really nice. Small menu- a noodle thing, rice thing, traditional pho and vegan pho. Everything looked good, I got the beef pho and it was wonderful. They also have Sapporo, wine and some sodas and stuff.

I can’t eat conventional beef so I opted for the pork bun and it was excellent. I’ve been in search of great Vietnamese since moving here and have been sadly disappointed until now! Growing up in Denver, we had so many terrific Vietnamese restaurants and I must say, this is the best pork I’ve ever had. MELT IN YOUR MOUTH GOODNESS.

oh my god this place is good. Coming from little Saigon in SoCal, I have a good feeling for pho and what it should be, I won’t say my tastebuds are amazing but I know right and wrong. Thom is so right. From the tear-away calendar in the front of house, to the smell inside, I knew it was going to be good. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful. While they didn’t have beef broth for beef pho, the staff swapped out the broth for a vegan broth which had me skeptical but god was it actually good. This place is a real gem, in Portland and although small, has big flavor and big heart.
