Nice small restaurant in Ithaca. The pizza and salad was great, but pasta was too soft. We were there when they opened for the day. They let a bigger group of people cut in front of us, even though we were there first. Then they won’t let us in until the first group finished ordering their food. Strange way to handle sitting.

Was not expecting great Italian food in Ithaca. The vibes in here are so cute. The staff is super friendly. The food was amazing! The portions were huge and pricing was super reasonable. So glad I stopped in for dinner.

Top notch pizza made fresh in a cool-looking oven visible from dining area. Cozy brick walled dining room–great vibe. It’s small and a pretty snug fit–about 36 diners fit into that cute little place–which means it can get loud. Our service was friendly and attentive. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I was visiting Ithaca recently for the first time in ~10 years. Thompson and Bleecker was a new spot (to me) and after reading the reviews, my boyfriend and I decided to give it a shot. We were completely blown away! We shared the meatball appetizer and spicy vodka pasta with chicken. My boyfriend said it was the best pasta he had ever had, and I would absolutely agree. Not only was this the perfect amount of food – it ended up being extremely reasonable. The service was also wonderful. If we lived in Ithaca, there is no doubt we’d be frequenting this place!

We enjoyed every meal. The food is incredible and authentic, spot on. We had to wait for an hour to have a table, but was really worth it. Great for sharing, Very recommended

Wow. Stunningly good Italian restaurant in the lovely Ithaca Commons. The vodka penne was soft as a feather, tasty with just a bit of a kick, with fresh parm on top. I will crave that until we’re back in two months.

Literally, typing this as we are leaving the restaurant! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! We sat at the end of the communal table, and were lucky enough to get in right before a big rush. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, and as I said before, the food was fantastic! If we were local, Thompson and Bleecker would be in our weekly rotation of places to eat. Get yourself there, NOW. It’s worth any wait you may experience, 100%!

The most delicious spot to get pasta nestled in downtown Ithaca! We ordered the Spicy Penne Alla Vodka and the Mafaldine Truffle Alfredo along with the feta dip and all 3 were absolutely wonderful. Fun environment with good service. Excited to visit Ithaca again just to eat here!

Went here for dinner and walk-in, and waited for not more than 10 minutes as the place was super packed on a Saturday night. The ambiance was super great – really love the interior design and we were seated near the window. Honestly, the lighting inside was a bit dark but I think it matches their sense of ambiance. Food-wise, ohhh I love the pasta as we got the Pomodorino and Truffle Alfredo ones and got Tiramisu for dessert which was so good. Will come back here to try their pizza for sure and maybe another pasta and baklava..?

This Italian restaurant is definitely over my expectations. This was recommend by my local friend from Cornell, and I’m glad that I tried it during my trip.
