I have a gluten and dairy allergy. I immediately told told the server. She clarified with the chef, and the chef asked if they could bake my walleye instead of grilling it. They substituted sweet potato waffle fries because the rice was unsafe. They used olive oil to cook the shrimp and vegetables instead of butter. Everything was delicious! My husband isn’t a fan of fancy places but enjoyed his meal so much that he was at ease. This was definitely a great lunch stop!

It’s a lovely restaurant that has a different ambience than what you normally find in Coshocton. There’s a classy bar, private area and the tall booths you find at many steakhouses. The menu has all your pub staples, but sets itself apart with a large seafood menu. The staples are also done with a bit more finesse than you’d normally find. Service is a bit slow, but everyone is super nice. Everything is kept really clean. There’s a big range in prices, so anyone can dine here. Definitely recommend stopping in either for a special occasion or just to relax.

This place is definitely worthy of making a scenic drive to Coshocton. Prime rib sandwich rivaled any I’ve had at pricier Columbus establishments. The sweet potato waffle fries with syrup made me love this combination. Overall, a sure bet and thank you Stuart for the great service!

We spent the weekend up in roscoe hillside cabins and wanted somewhere nice to go for dinner on our second night and we heard about the Thompson Ninety-Nine. This place was fabulous! The service was amazing not only our waitress but all the staff any time someone walked past asked us if we wanted refills on water or drinks and if we wanted them to remove empty dishes for us. We both got steaks I got the ribeye and my husband the bacon wrapped filet with a lobster tail on top. Both were mouth-watering delicious but to top it off I believe it was the manager or the chef before we even got a chance to eat came to our table and told us he didn’t like how the lobster tail was cooked and brought more out for my husband at no charge. I have never had a place go that above and beyond to make sure a customer was satisfied! This experience alone will be the reason we return to coshocton!

This was our first time eating here. Everything was excellent. I ordered the dinner special and it was delicious. While it is on the more expensive side, it is not too bad. It is comparable to any other restaurant that serves steak or seafood.

We have frequented often. Tonight we were seated and the bus boy got us our drinks. We waited 25 minutes and no waitress came. People were seated after us and waited on right away. Very disappointed. Glad for Sorells.

The Fish sandwich needs a bun that does not come out wet and when you pick it up everything falls out . Also fish was very bland needs seasoning . For the price was not worth it.
