We’ve lived in this area our whole lives and have only been here once or twice. Figured we’d try it out. I thought they only had a “fancy” limited menu, but was pleasantly surprised with the options. The lobster bisque was to die for, and my husband is very picky about his French onion soup having “extra” cheese. It came out perfectly to his ridiculous specifications I don’t know what he ordered, pasta with steak and peppers and something or other (pictured) and it was delicious. My BLT salad was yummy and fresh. Cocktails were on point, as well as the service. It was a beautiful night, we ate outside on the patio, which was great. We won’t overlook this place anymore!

The reason I gave them a 4 star is because they don’t have a lot of vegetarian or vegan choices. But what they do have is good. It is a great “neighborhood” bar/restaurant. And even if you aren’t a regular, they always make you feel welcome. I come here often with my dog, and they are welcomed also during warmer weather.

We waited An hour and a half for our food. Steaks were good but did not come with onions as stated on menu. Crab cakes were burnt. Side dishes were not good. Best part of the meal was the bread! Very disappointed! The prices were quite high considering the wait time and food quality. Won’t be going back.

This restaurant and bar sits about 50 ft back off the road and looks like a plain white building but I found it to be a very pleasant place to sit and have lunch. Bartenders and the owner have been very friendly and accommodating. The food, so far, has been great and the portions are large. The owner told me, “I never want anyone to leave hungry.” I think it’s definitely worth going back.

Horrible!!! Arrived at 430 pm the day before Mothers Day. We got drinks and ordered our food. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, our food came. My wifes crab cakes were burnt, my Chicken chesapeake was very tough and dry, but the crab meat was good.

It was our 10 year wedding anniversary owner came up hug us bought us a drink waitress Tiffany was so sweet and was a nice fine dining atmosphere I would recommend this place to anyone

Brought my girlfriend here last evening (The day after Christmas) for her birthday dinner. She had the Prime Rib special and I had the rack of lamb. Everything was delicious! We had the dining room to ourselves for most of our meal by the fireplace. It was nice and quiet, homey and the staff were courteous. When I asked her if we’d be coming back, I was answered with a very enthusiastic yes!

We have been coming here for many years. Most recent was for a small family gathering. A small buffet was provided. Staff is friendly and kudos to them for finding the person to match the ordered drink as everyone kept moving around. Definitely recommend! Btw, Sam you do a wonderful job!

Just had Mom’s 80th birthday here & everyone Loved the buffet. The staff is fantastic. Also great dinner menu- start with mussels and try the chef’s special. Lunch in the upscale bar is perfect for business – great rueben! Great venue for any event
