Delicious! The staff was friendly and helped with the menu. There are several items to choose from, but I chose the brisket tacos. The tacos took a few minutes, but were well worth the wait. The ingredients were fresh and just enough for the taco. The brisket was soft and flavorful, it went perfectly with the corn shell. I made sure to order 5 more of these during my stay in Austin. Each time the food was fresh and well prepared.

My husband and I went here because it was across the street from the hotel. We order a few different items from the menu, when I open my box of 5 mini street tacos I saw 5 little tacos with melted cheese and barely any meat. That is not a street taco!! Our other tacos were pretty mediocre as well. We were definitely ripped off. Do not go to this taco truck it not worth it!!

Delicious tacos, lightly fried. Lettuce, tomato and queso fresco topping is standard but they do confirm. Salsa options are good and from a bottle. We tried the brisket, beef fajita, chicken fajita and shrimp. All proteins were good, but you might get something different than what you ordered, not a huge biggie but then again there aren’t prices list so you’re not able to make good $ estimates. Shrimp took very long to come out so heads up if you’re in a hurry.

You definitely don’t get the bang for your buck order two brisket tacos Maybe got a teaspoon of brisket in each taco but that’s only a maybe. I would’ve been better off going to Taco Bell

First time stopping by I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I opened my box of brisket tacos and they were upside down. I thought, “it’s midnight and mistakes happen”. Definitely thought $10 for two tacos was a little pricey, but hey I’m tired from a long day at work and these tacos are hittin’ the spot. The next and final time I will be dining at this establishment I walked up to the food truck and immediately noticed that there are no prices for any of the menu items. The man working the window seemed completely uninterested in speaking with me when I asked him about the pricing. They were also blaring music and wouldn’t turn it down while I tried to order, which was next to impossible due to me being hard of hearing. I ended up ordering two brisket tacos and a burrito that totaled out to $30. That’s a bit ridiculous considering I received my second order face down just as I had the first time. Not to mention the low quality of what I presume was frozen meat. Nothing was hot and the brisket was uncomfortably chewy. I waited for 30 minutes to receive two small, subpar, upside down tacos that were missing half of their toppings. And I know what you’re thinking, “30 minutes wow! There must have been a long line!” No. I was the only customer there or even near their parking lot for that matter. I don’t like to leave bad reviews on small businesses, but it almost seems like they are trying to annoy their customer base. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that Three B’s was actually a social experiment on what not to do if you own a food truck.

Clearly using Tostitos chips and jarred cheese for their nachos. Then they just added tomatoes, lettuce and cilantro on top. Just a really poor quality nachos in a great Tex Mex city. Their L.A. burrito (priced at $17!) came without many of the things they have on their menu and used Mission Burrito wraps, which are simply average and below what you’d expect from a place cooking “authentic” burritos. Was expecting a lot more but could have easily made better food at home for much cheaper.

Got on doordash. Meat was repackaged, wholesale and dry. Cilantro was mushy and brown, onions were awful, barely any content to the tacos. Just awful and way overpriced. In fact, you couldn’t pay someone to take this garbage. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else, there’s no hope for this poorly run establishment.

Ordered tacos, quesedilla and nachos. Everything was missing at least 1 ingredient. Flavor of everything was subpar except for the pastor tacos which were good flavor but very dry. They were all packaged upside down??? awkward to open. Just so many small details overlooked and nothing really to make up for it

My girlfriend and I ordered three tacos each. We got our food, took it home, and we had only gotten two tacos each. Also, the salsa was in a cup wrapped in foil and leaked everywhere. The shrimp tacos tasted like rubber. Will not be going there again.
