my family decided to go because we’d never been there. there wasn’t really a dinner rush so it was pretty peaceful overall. we had a really nice waitress and we got our drinks fairly quickly. what wasn’t great though was the wait for our food. we got our salads first but then there was at least a 45 minute wait in between. when food did come it came in waves, we didn’t get it all at once. the food was great though and i throughly enjoyed my sandwich. i would return and get the sandwich again.

This place has some amazing food, and a small town bar grill atmosphere, while serving meals like steak stroganoff, bangers and mash, smothered chicken,or sirloin tips grilled with mushrooms and onions. They also have some delicious appetizers like loaded fries and poutine, and some yummy sandwiches and burgers, like the helle burger(which is hot and spicy), the Burt, which is a bacon blue cheese burger, the Messy Jessy which is turkey, jalapenos or pickles, cheddar cheese and bbq sauce. The Guinness gravy is to die for, and the service and attitudes of the employees is awesome. I would recommend this place all day long.

I asked for no thousand island dressing on my Big London Burger – not only did it get sent back because it came with thousand island, but there was a drop of it on my burger bun and my fries were cold. We had Tammy as our server and yeah she discounted it but only because it’s $3.00 burger baskets on Monday’s, and instead discounted $3.00 off another sandwich on our bill – she didn’t offer to do anything else. She didn’t even come around and ask me how everything turned out until after I finished eating and she dropped off the bill to our table. I have no idea if she’s new here or not but I think she needs a refresher or additional training soon.

I wouldn’t recommend if your of your minority. My gf and I just got up and walked out bc of rumors at the other table bc of us being an interracial couple. We just wanted to have a nice date nite . The server never came up to offer us a menu or anything . We sat there for over 10 mins and my gf even stepped away to the bathroom and came back.(still no server or anything). highly wouldn’t recommend.
