Delicious! Fresh, hearty portions of thoughtfully designed dishes. From the wine to the app to the entrés to the dessert, we were very pleased with our experience. Some light live music from Celebration Park across the water completed the ambiance at this lovely eatery. I hope you get the chance to come by car or boat for dinner and enjoy the food and sunset as much as we did.

READ BELOW ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE. THIS IS YOUR WARNING!!! My family and friends were regular customers at one time but it changed during Covid. We will never go back as their principals are low class and food isn’t that great. They make you serve yourself and charge you a 20% tip automatically added to your bill . What a complete joke!!! The owner needs to pay her own employees not us for self service. Their employees are rude, food is not fresh and does not taste that great for the prices they charge. The most laughable is they refuse to give you a glass of water with your paid meal. They force you to purchase a drink or very expensive bottled water. I took my own drink inside that I had in my car. I laughed for days about this place after my last and final visit and told everyone what they were trying to pull on the public. Everyone I know says they avoid this place. If you want great food, great service and a glass of water with your meal surrounded by a wonderful atmosphere go to Alice Sweetwater’s Bar & Grille they run a honest business.

Great place for lunch overlooking the canal and docks. If eating outdoors is your thing with quick service, I recommend this restaurant. Some are put off by the auto 20 percent tip, but the total bill isn’t that much for Naples area. Eating outside in a virus time is a plus.

We always loved this restaurant because the food was so fresh and delicious!!! We have not been there for a while and went for lunch today! What a disappointment! We ordered three items which they did not have and then when the food came it was dry, the salad was not fresh at all with hardly a salad dressing and pasta was very little! We were so disappointed! We won’t go again!

How does 360 get a 4.3 Google rating? Look at the reviews! First, they have the unmitigated gall to charge an automatic 20% tip for Zero service. After placing our order at the cashier stand & fetching our own utensils, we sat at a hi-shelf they call a bar. A server brought 2 Dixie Cups filled w/ ice & a splash of tea (no refills offered). We waited 1/2 hr. for horrible food, which server plunked down & walked away. An unsliced slab of the toughest Beef “tenderloin” on a plate of salad was delivered w/ no steak knife. Had to go find someone to get one. No matter; it was inedible and salad was not as described on menu. Also, their Reuben is the worst w stringy & salty corned beef, a dry sandwich w/ barely a trace of kraut or dressing. Very low quality food. On way out I asked for our receipt; the unauthorized 20% tip was added to bring total to over $64.00. We were sorry we put up with the bad food, but we did protest the auto-tip. We used to enjoy 360, but this was our 2nd unfavorable experience this year. 360 is now off our list!

Shortly after arrival before getting your meal you hand over your credit card and they add a 20% tip. You take your own eating utensils and find yourself a table. The entire time there they did nothing to make me feel welcome or appreciated as a customer.
