This was such a let down. This is a grilled cheese restaurant, and the grilled cheese sandwich was terrible. I received two pieces of dry bread with two pieces of unmelted cheese inside. Same situation with the cold mozzarella sticks I ordered. Everything was over priced and took way too long to get to me. $40 for a sandwich, mozzs, and a brownie.

The food is NOTHING like the picture. I received a non toasted piece of bread with a single slice of American cheese and a teeny tomato, missing ALL other sandwich ingredients. My husband received the wrong sandwich entirely. Mozz sticks and fries were ok, but definitely don’t make up for the overpriced and under thrilled food. Delivery driver also waited at the restaurant for almost 30 minutes before it was ready.. very disappointing.

I have had many sandwiches and or burgers and same goes for delivery..first and foremost with the delivery and fees it was almost a no go..second..55 to 60 minutes delivery and it’s only 3 miles or so away…food was pretty good.. personally Whataburger would have been a better option

Looks nothing like the picture on their website. Way overpriced! Food came cold, not even room temp, cold. $4 for 47 (yes, I counted) unseasoned fries. Didn’t get the drink I ordered. “Thrilled” isn’t even close to how I’m feeling about this.

If grilled cheese is your headliner, it’s gotta be a decent grilled cheese. This wasnt. The outside was burned and the cheese inside wasn’t melted. And since one cheese was shredded the partially-melted texture was terrible. Fries were okay but seemed unsalted or way undersalted. I was so in the mood for yummy comfort food but this was not it.

We ordered via UberEats Saturday night, all was delicious! Terrific multigrain bread, Not skimpy on ingredients (avocado, tomato, bacon, etc). When just searching for ‘some food’, we did not expect these high quality sandwiches. Next day we ordered again for lunch, same great quality, great sandwiches. So glad to find this place.

They got me the wrong sandwich, and the sandwich they did get me was mediocre at best. Dry chicken, one slice of cheese when it’s supposed to be a grilled cheese type thing right? There was no effort, nothing about this is thrilling.

Absolute garbage. Never order from here. I got loaded fries with enough cheese sauce for maybe one single French fry. I got literally no cheese at all on my sandwich. Kinda sad for a place essentially based entirely around cheese. I wish I came here for reviews first. The doordash reviews were great. I’ve never in my life had a worse food experience, and I’ve had some bad ones.

The old lady over night shifts is totally ignoring the people waiting to be seat and the people waiting for DoorDash order even when the food is ready she doesn’t give the food she keep ignoring the people…i hope she get fire.. is she does not want to work maybe she need to go home and have a great night and let the great person work for this restaurant the owner should go as hidden customer to see the real customers service this old lady gives to the public..
