A great little breakfast treasure! Large menu with “choose your own”. We went for breakfast but the lunch menu looked great too! It’s small so get there early. The staff was nice and attentive! Food came quickly and we were shocked at the amount of food that arrived. The skillet was huge! Both the skillet and breakfast sandwich were delicious! We were really surprised and happy with our food. Definitely recommend Thumbs Up Diner!!

We went on a Friday during lunch and there was no wait. The service was fast and the food was delicious! I’ve been here before and the food was consistent. My boyfriend got the fried fish last time and loved it so I had to try it this time around and it did not disappoint. The prices are good for what you get. There’s cheaper options as well as options that are $15+ overall I highly recommend

I was so hungry, and I Googled for hashbrowns. I was surprised they had my favorite on the board. It was a great meal. I wish they gave more grits with the meal. But the entire meal was truly yummiest. This will be a place I would say great for family or friends. Great place to have a office luncheon as well.

Good portions as a Diner should have. Food was good quality, dining area was much smaller than I would have imagined. The shining star was Dominique, she took great care of our large party! With 10 of us she was on her game, personable, and had great interaction with our group. She’s a treasure and should get a raise and/or promotion!

Food was dismal unfortunately. I enjoy thumbs up diner in Douglasville. I ordered what I usually get and it was nothing like I expected! Asked for the low country heap a little extra spicy and they doused it in hot sauce.

I used to eat here pretty frequently and the smoked wings were incredible. Stopped back in after a year and the quality has really gone downhill. The food was just ok and service was slow. Not sure I’d venture back in.

This location has definitely changed since opening. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority, especially the area behind the bar. While I was eating at the bar all I wanted to do was get up and start cleaning and organizing. Food is mediocre. Toast should be toasted! Floppy wheat bread is not toast. It is just bread. Paying a little bit more attention to detail would go a long way. Waitresses seemed more interested in chitchatting amongst themselves, than spending time cleaning.

We had a great time trying all kinds of dishes at Thumbs Up Diner, from purely breakfast to more solid lunch options, we loved everything. The service can be a little slow during busy times but we eventually received everything we ordered. The coffee refills kept coming. A perfect place to take a non-Southerner to experience the greatness of Southern food. I will be back for sure!
