So, I just ordered a crispy chicken wrap and I got grilled and I also ordered jalapeño poppers and I got fries lol what a joke. The young workers in there just don’t care. Finally, when I took the wrap out of the bag it unfolded everywhere and now it’s hard to eat.

Pizza was great, wings were good, but skip the cheesesteak! I basically spent $12 on a roll and I got extra cheese I don’t even know what I paid because i didn’t get receipt. I should have taken a picture because it is unbelievable that was allowed to go out the door. Another reviewer posted a pic (Amber) and I think mine had less meat if that was possible. When I seen the pic I laughed and said to my wife there is the cheesesteak I just got. So this must be their MO no meat on their steaks. I know cost are up but charge a little more and put some meat on your steaks.

The last two times we ordered from here (within the last month) we asked for a mushroom pizza among other items. The first time were were given pepperoni, the second time the pizza was just plain. We didn’t take them back or call because it’s pizza and we have been going to Thunderbird forever, but check your order before you leave to make sure you are getting the right stuff. Thunderbird, if you’re out of mushrooms, just let the customer know ahead of time instead of giving different pies. Thanks!

They do not have gluten free cheesesteaks. I Just called to confirm it. You can get the meat and cheese to use your own roll at home. I have done that many times. They do have a decent gluten free cheese pizza. Our family loves Thunderbird but I am looking for a place to get a gluten free cheesesteak with a gluten free roll and this is not the place although google led me to believe it was.

Last time I will ever be ordering food. Worst delivery service of all time. They say 45 min no matter what, multiple experiences of 1 hr 35-45 min with still no delivery. Tip already paid with card before drop off. Sciarrinos would never.
