While on the island, decided to have something warm after a chilly boat ride. The price is expected, being off the mainland, so expect it to be a bit pricier than in Seattle. I do wish they had brought out more veggies instead of just a tiny cup. And the pho was missing MSG in the base.

stopped in for appetizers, didn’t realize they were about to close but they served us anyway which was really nice of them! we got potstickers, shrimp spring rolls and a steamed bbq pork bun. food was really good and staff were friendly and accommodating.

The most disastrous dishes I’ve ever had. We ordered four items, all of which is a shock to us. I feel like it’s cooked by someone who had never tasted a mouth of Vietnamese food. Bubble tea is the worst I ever had in my whole life.

I got the pork noodle salad and it was honestly very mediocre. The noodles, picked veggies, and salad were good but the meat seemed old and dry. Their menu says it’s lemongrass grilled pork but it just seemed like cut up old char siu (pork). Servers were really nice though.

We love Thuy’s especially for lunch when we need to grab a quick bite or when we’re feeling under the weather. The pho is always good and their dim sum on the weekends is so much fun!

The decor of the place is classy and casual at the same time so I felt right at home and comfortable. The Pho and the broth is excellent. The noodles comprised of the flat and the thin sizes and the texture of it was well cooked. I didn’t get too thirsty after drinking all of the broth which is good (some places put alot of msg in the soup and that thirsty feeling isnt good). The vietnamese coffee is so authentic .. u can ask for more hot water if u need to top up the coffee. I also tried thr prawn spring rolls. Omg they are so fresh! The ingredients inside the roll have such a vibrant taste to it and matched with the generous peanut sauce it’s like a match made in heaven. The servers are so courteous and the owner is very friendly. What a brilliant treasure on Bainbridge island.
