Fantastic, fresh, quick food. I was pleasantly surprised by the complexity of the dill tartar sauce. The crunchy cod was flawlessly executed with the right amount of crunch. The batter shatters with each bite. The poke I cut perfectly. Each bite tender and recreates visions of Hawaii.

The food is amazing! I’m a pretty big fan of poke and Tidal Boar easily has the best in town. They have been actively adding to their menu over the last few months and it really just keeps getting better and better. Oysters aren’t normally my thing, but Tidal Boar has gone a looong way towards changing my mind on that. I have yet to try something from this cart that wasn’t delicious.

Not impressed that I was automatically charged 15% for a tip. Had they let me do it myself they would have got a much better tip. Oysters were quite small, flavor was ok. Couldn’t sit outside because of all the bees.

This was my first meal after 8hrs on a plane and it went a long way towards making up for the experience. I did not realize it was a food cart, but the food was still super tasty. As a north easterner, the west coast oysters are always a delight and these were no exception. Great food to go with the beer from Level, and I really love the outdoor seating — not too many places do outdoor seating that’s actually secluded from car traffic and has plants around.

Truly superb seafood. Melt-in-your-mouth poke, the best oysters around (try the dressed ones), everything you want in chowder or fish and chips. The list goes on. It’s all thought through and executed so well by a friendly, knowledgeable owner who obsesses about everything they serve and where it comes from. I like Level Beer but actually go there for this place.
