I placed an order for 4 meals. 3 of them were wrong and one of them had a staple in it. I understand the language barrier and getting orders wrong, but staples in the food? How on earth can that even happen ?? So I called the store to let them know what happened and she didn’t understand me, mumbled a few word and hung up on me. Again…language barrier …but hang up on the customer??? I wasnt even speaking in an angry voice.. I was very nice and simply informing them. For $48, that’s not right.

The only place in frankfort to get my favorite tortillas. Small establishment with friendly staff. I’m giving this place one star because it’s NEVER open. I have came on different days at different times and they are closed. I am here now and several people have tried to enter and the door is locked but the signs say open and one open sign is lit up. I’ve called the phone number listed and it gives me a fax machine. Unprofessional when you’re the only place close that provides specific products.
