The staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. They were able to speak English but chose not to and spoke only a few words to me while engaging in a Spanish conversation with each other. I wasn’t sure how to place my order or who to pay. When I was getting ready to leave They finally decided to help me.

Definitely a true Mexican restaurant so everything is in Mexican, not English. It’s connected to a grocery store. We both ordered shredded chicken burritos which were one of the best we’ve had and it was pretty large. Excellent.

Kind staff and excellent authentic food. Far beeter than the Mexican restaurant in Mount Olive. The store has a lot of character but the dining is very clean but needs character to compliment the store. Too sterile in appearance. I have managed restaurants, maybe add some pinatas, tablecloths, and add a TV with futball/soccer to go with the music in the background. It needs a good atmosphere to go with the good food. Something worth taking friends too.

Completely out in the cut, had it not been for the state park we would not have found this gem. The staff was awesome, the food was worth writing home about. Delicious! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be stopping in again for some tacos and tortas.

Tacos and tortas were delicious! Fresh and reasonably priced. We did a quick pick up order on the way home from Cliffs of Neuse and this little store had authentic food and candies/treats! Yum!
