I came on a Friday at the insistance of a friend. I tried the edamame dumplings, soft shell crab salad, the sushi platter a toro roll and their Yuzu cocktail. Each dish had a very familiar yet surprising taste. It definitely is not your traditional sushi but a fresh and new innovative take on the cuisine. The pairings of sauces and flavors are on point. Each individual bite has so many levels of flavor that it is indescribable. There’s also a very good attention to service. Our waitress, Jennifer, was attentive and took her time to explain each and every dish so that even a sushi novice would feel at ease. I can’t wait to go back.

Tiga has phenomenal specialty rolls. Most are unique and made specifically at Tiga. My personal favorite is the Piece of Heart. The mix of flavors, meat, and toppings are ordinary and out of this world. Order the truffle fries! Nice atmosphere and servers!!

Awesome japanese and sushi restaurant. Every dish has a unique and surprising explosion of taste. A total masterpiece of gastronomic experience. The chef Dhani is truly a genius. The decor is modern and soothing atmosphere. Service was excellent.

This is my second time at Tiga, after my first experience being lovely with some friends. This time my husband and I sat at the bar. We are frequent sushi eaters so when we noticed the sushi chefs placing platters of sushi on the side for servers to take to the tables we were confused. Why weren’t these going quickly and were sitting out for some time? Why weren’t the sushi chef’s handing the sushi to the bar patrons if they are already sitting there? But nonetheless I digress.
