We won gift certificates to the restaurant. Overall the food and service was great. My Baja tacos were a little light with the fish and filling so I couldn’t give it a 5 star rating. Wow!!! We usually go in to eat ( Not at this location) but I decided to Doordash tonight. I ordered a Mega Quesadilla, Wings and the Garlic shrimp bowl. Hubby’s wings were ok although there was absolutely no sauce on them as requested. But most importantly my Quesadilla which was suppose to have double meat and cheese was completely dry and practically empty. I called the manager and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Chris, but he said his hands were tied as far as a re-delivery due to me ordering through Doordash and basically directed me back to them. The Credit offered was $4.00. NOT COOL!!!! Considering I paid $17.00. THE lesson here is that I would think twice before ordering delivery from them. Apparently, dine is given priority in regards to quality and delivery is just thrown together and rushed out the door. PS. I also got. 2 huge bags of chips in which I did not order, the kicker -Absolutely no salsa. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The food was fantastic, probably one of the better Tijuana Flats in the area. They were under staffed, so the folks there were working as hard as they could, but it created quite a wait… Which is difficult when on lunch during the work day!…. I did catch a pic of a ‘customer’ dining on the outside patio…..

I got the grilled chicken fajita burrito. 1 it was layered one bite at a time style. It had about a tablespoon of chicken and onions and pepper. There was mainly rice and beans and not sure if any sauce at all in it no pico, no lettuce, no nothing else. Pretty disappointed since it was my first meal after having surgery in 12+ hours.12+ dollars for basically a bean and rice burrito is pretty weak. I’ve been here twice in the last week and had the same issue with the shredded burrito. Used to love this place, def not worth it any more. I have a 3 star because the rest of the food was decent.

The service and atmosphere was alright. The food however was pretty terrible… The burritos came out cold. Meat cheese were cold. The wrap seemed to be pulled right out the plastic and wrapped up. The meat to veggies ratio was awful… I may have had 7-8 tiny pieces of steak in my burrito. There was enough cheese, lettuce for several burritos. The salt on the chips were having to be knocked off into tiny mountains on my tray. This location is putting a bad name on this chain. It’s a shame because the one on Beach Blvd is always a true treat.

I use to come here often and never had a complaint. I had two tacos and the meat was only a quarter of an inch in width. I could have gone to taco bell and got more food for $10.00. That’s a shame. I will not come back.

This place has went downhill as of late. Service and quality, no more friendly faces. Ordered large queso with chips, the queso is so watered down and runny, it tastes awful, no chips. Thought to myself no worries there’s chips with my tacos. Two orders two tacos, used to get a decent amount of chips, literally 9 chips between two orders. Wouldn’t really care but this is the 3rd time, I get lack of staff, inflation and covid but seems something has changed. Ifs just off and disappointing.
