I ordered the Baja Fish tacos. My meal was hot so that’s always a bonus. Chips were fresh. Salsa was alright and the fish was tasty though I am unsure if it’s sustainably sourced, so if that is a must, forewarning now. The place is cozy and very nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and the vibe was nice. Overall, if you’re in the mood for some decent tacos then give Tijuana Flats a try.

I ordered 2 dinners and chips and salsa. I got MAYBE a third of a bag of chips. Why so cheap with the chips? I’ve ordered this exact same meal and gotten 2 half bags (1 for each meal) and 1 full bag for the salsa. (Which was excessive ) The food is good but can we get some consistency y’all? At least the person making the chips salts and peppers them good.

This Tijuana Flats is the best one I’ve come across. The staff is so friendly, offering water while I wait for my take out. I’ve also observed that the team members come out into the seating area and are proactively attentive to the clients, picking up trays, offering to refill their drinks, checking on satisfaction, etc… They’ve never messed up any of my take out orders and I have a few modifications due to allergies so that’s impressive for a Florida restaurant chain, in my opinion. I love the atmosphere and the quality of the food. I highly recommend this location!

They just can’t get it right. Coming every now and then here and there, each visit had an issue. Order not filled accurately, missing queso that was paid extra for, not getting enough chips, food luke warm (arriving 10mins early for the pickup fyi), and items missing entirely, enough is enough. Over a year or so at this location, I’ve given plenty of chances and almost all these issues were communicated to with the staff. Look for a different location, this one just sucks.

The food here is consistently terrible. I haven’t gotten a correct order in over a year and I’m tired of it. Not to mention that whenever you do get your food, it’s been sitting out on the counter so long that it’s cold and soggy. If I wanted garbage Taco Bell, I’d go to Taco Bell. The manager suggests I place my order when I’m closer to the store, but that’s completely irrelevant when I arrive ten minutes before my scheduled pickup time and my food had already been sitting out for 10 minutes. Why is it my responsibility to account for this? Maybe, I don’t know, don’t make an order 30 minutes before it’s supposed to be picked up? Crazy, right?

Great atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful with the questions we had and provided is with some info on the sauces they specialize in to set them apart from the other Mexican food places. The chimichanga was delicious and cooked well, and the chips with queso paired great with it. There is plenty of color in the walls through the murals painted on them as well as a celebrity wall showcasing their customers of fame and their words of praise of the food that is served
