This was our First time to this location on Wednesday 11/22/2014 for lunch. But we visited this location in Thornton Park because it was close to the location of my friend’s office. Well what a BIG MISTAKE. I ordered the Chicken Flautas with a Drink. My friend ordered the Beef Flautas with an Order of Chip & Salsa with a Large Queso with a Drink. Both of us were sick all afternoon and evening to the point it will be awhile before we go back to a Tijuana Flats. We usually eat at the one in Winter Garden on an average of 2 Sundays a month after church with a Group of at least 18 or more of us. Have never been disappointed there.

Please don’t be put out by me giving this place a “poor-fair” rating for food- I had been mislead by research as well as by information from others. The food wasn’t what I was expecting and consequently, I was rather dissatisfied. Otherwise, this place is pretty awesome. The service was prompt and to the point (how I like it) also very friendly and inviting. The decor was out of this world cool- It was nice to have stuff to look at while waiting for the food. The sauce bar- swwweeet! Next time, I just won’t bother with the quesadillas but man… those tacos look gooood! (Oh, and the quesadillas have shredded cheddar cheese)

The food is excellent. Service was good. Just be mindful that this is not an ideal location for someone trying to get in and out with their food on a quick lunch break. It takes a little longer, but if you have the time, well worth the trip.
