This place must have new management in the last year or so. We’ve always had so-so experiences but recently it’s been very good! Service is great and haven’t had any mistakes with our orders in a really long time, which used to happen often. I would recommend stopping in!

We normally love this place but I noticed our order was wrong after we had already left. Also the beef seemed to be missing some of the seasoning it normally has and was very dry. Pretty disappointed this go around. Probably won’t go back for awhile.

It was a good night for Tex Mex so why not. Stopped by Tijuana Flats to get a Megajuana Burrito. Got the blackened chicken that was ordered online and I went to pick it up. The app is user friendly however the staff in the restaurant don’t seem to be familiar with it. I gave 3 stars and could have been 4 however I ordered extra sour cream for .69 cents and put in a comment for the extra to be on the side. When picking it up noticed there was no extra sour cream. Was told it was inside the burrito which is not what I wanted because how do I know you actually put it in there? Besides the extra was for on the top outside the burrito. Was told that in the app the drop down allows for you to click a box for on the side, fyi….it does not it simply is a quick button with no such choice and side items are only guac, hot sauce and two other things. Those items are just buttons not a drop down. The difference however could be that an IOS app works very different from Android so where she saw a drop down maybe different for me. This turned into a 1 minute back and forth instead of just handing over the the sour cream. They simply did not read the special instructions! Got the extra sour cream though.. the food was hot, very good and filling. The restaurant was super clean and other than the bicker for the sour cream the staff was friendly. I’ll buy again to see if the fight for the extra sour cream when checked and added to comments of and order rages on…lol

The best one ever!!!! I like all the TF, but today I had maybe the best experience in this place, the cashiers are awesome and the manager is the best one…… What a way to treat the customer and satisfy all your needs…. My local and new favorite spot!!!!

Over the years I have gone to this restaurant many times and have been mostly happy. In the past a manager would be checking on everyone and constantly keeping things neat and clean but I think things have changed. Tonight I went in to try the new shrimp lime bowl that I received an email promotion for. First it was over $30 for two bowls and one beverage. I was charged $2 for a tiny bit of sour cream that most restaurants would just give you. We sat at our table waiting and waiting on our food and some people got their food before us who ordered after so I complained and then finally the food came out. The rice bowls were cold and not heated up. We had to ask for the sour cream that we were charged $2 for. One lady at the register offered us a free dessert for waiting so long but never brought it to us. And lastly they had a kid working there who was cleaning off the tables and just wiping the food on the floor. When he went away he just let it there with a few napkins he also wiped onto the floor. I told one of the women at the register about it but they told me the guy was a bit “slow” but never came to clean the food up off the floor. I am sorry to say that although I have enjoyed eating at this restaurant many times over previous years I will not be returning. In fact I think I am going to contact the health department and ask for an inspection.

Quality Good, Order not correct. Save your money and order Tijuana Tuesdaze vs. Megajuana Tuesdaze – there is no difference in protein (see picture) just charged more. Asked for toppings on side, but did not provide sour cream or cheese and no ice in drinks ( i admit toppings and drinks my fault). They state they reviewed order, but not the case. Very disappointed.
