Lately, the quality at this location has been going down. I’ve been working with them in case of minor issues. But this one is inexcusable. As seen in this pic, there’s a big piece of plastic inside one of the Atom Bomb appetizer pieces. This was the limit. I have to take my business to their other locations now.

I rarely write negative reviews but the food here justifies it. It is completely horrible. Doesn’t taste anywhere near authentic Mexican food. I’ve been to Mexican places in California, NYC, and other parts of the country and this is the worst I’ve ever had. The guacamole did not have any cilantro or onions, and tasted super bland. The tacos had cheap store-bought tortillas. The menu needs a complete overhaul. The one positive I found was that all the workers were amazing and the customer service was excellent. Too bad the quality of the product is not on par with the service.

I arrived when my online order was supposed to be ready. I waited 25 minutes afterward to receive my order. With 4 different people getting their food that came after. One just walking up to order not even with an online order. I arrive home and they used the wrong queso on my food and gave me the wrong queso. I called to ask for refund and the manager stated that he filled the order himself and specifically remembers using queso blanco. I tell him he did not and that it’s not even white and clearly just queso. He then proceeds to ask if I tasted it to see. I literally just wanted my two items refunded. Terrible service all around.

I recently visited, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The restaurant had a modern yet cozy atmosphere, with colorful murals on the walls and a few tables and chairs arranged for diners. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my food came out quickly and hot. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Decided to do taco tuesday at T Flats today..service was fast but above all the manager arond 6pm was excellent..he made the rounds checking on customers and one other server did the same..generally i was quite surprised with the excellent service overall..congrats guys..u did well in my opinion
