I have been a regular patron of Tijuana Flats Westchase, and it has always been a convenient choice for my family and me. The proximity to our neighborhood and the fact that my daughter and her friends can ride their bikes here have made it a go-to spot for us. The staff was friendly. The food was terrible though. I squeezed a decent amount of grease out of my beef taco (to be expected, I suppose). Chips and hard taco shells felt like they were 3 days old. Not very enjoyable, and nowhere near “full” after spending $25 for 2 people.. beer was nice and cold though

The chips,salsa and queso were good. The steak and chicken tacos(tortilla) were underwhelming. They put a lot of tomato+onions on them and the protein kinda got lost inside. I’ll give the place another shot because it’s close to home.

Picked up from an online order and they messed up nearly every single aspect of it. I ordered a chicken chimichanga with refried beans and I got beef with black beans. They failed to include the hot sauce I ordered and also did not have the drink I ordered. If you’re craving Mexican food, you’re better off at Taco Bell.

After four months from my previous repeatedly horrible experience at this location, I decided to give it another try & I am glad I did, the entire previous lunch staff was replaced with a new crew that turned this place from horrible to the best around. The service & food is excellent. The portions are well over the standard I get at any other T-Flats. Tijuana Flats is always perfect for good Tex-Mex. I’ve never had a bad meal there. They offerer bowls, burritos, quesadillas, and so many other options and they make it right in front of you and you get to pick what you want on it. Give Tijuana Flats a try. You won’t be sorry.

Team members are really nice and friendly. But the food is incredibly bland and the digital menu boards aren’t very easy to work around because they don’t give all options as opposed to online meni and there are no hand held menus. Our orders still got messed up.
