Placed my order in person, drove 10mins home, I picked up my ‘hard’ wet taco, and it turned into nachoes btw they are using a literal Indian call center for placing to-go orders. Spent 10 minutes on the phone just to tell her to forget it because she ruined my order, repeating something entirely different c’mon now, it’s taco Tuesday. you don’t need a CALL CENTER. The food quality here is as vanilla as you can get. Real mexicans would never eat here. It’s quite bland hence the reason they have a “salsa bar” which has no salsa but 20 different kinds of hot sauce.

Online order for pickup. Didn’t include utensils or napkins or the sauce ordered and added sour cream when asked to remove it. The flautas are mostly folded fried tortillas as there was black bean juice/ sauce but lacked beans to fill it. Didn’t include ADDED $$ rice and beans. Iced tea was warm as there wasn’t enough ice. As an extra bonus to really top off the lunch break it was 13 min late on a scheduled time for pick up.

Great food and service, plenty of seating. Employer kept obsessively mopping the area by the order and pick up area which was a hazard. Both myself and a friend got sick within 30 minutes of eating but food tasted delicious.
