We ordered from from the Merritt Island location. Food was not prepared correctly and I called the location to hopefully have it corrected. The manager was dismissive and rude. Kept calling me “hun”. I then called corporate to let them know about the situation. Jim Shaver called me back and was just as dismissive as the manager at Merritt island location. He stated that out of the 700 taco orders they filled probably 690 were done perfectly insinuating that there was nothing wrong with our order. We didn’t even want a refund, just to let them know how poor their service was. Needless to say, do not waste your time or effort as they will take no action or accountability. Will never order from there again!

A terrible dining experience on 4/30/22 in Kissimmee, FL! My husband and I will NEVER go back again. Our food was barely warm and not quality at all. Our waitress didn’t even come back to check in us. I know I won’t ever leave a tip again before getting our food. The manager was not much help either! Save yourself the disappointment and don’t go!!!

Tijuana flats has become the expensive version of taco bell… the quality of food is not near what it used to be, my order is never right anymore when it was ALWAYS right before. And they have completely changed the menu. I ordered a quesadilla with everything on it and I got a chicken and cheese quesadilla with all the toppings on the side. When you change the product in this way it completely changes the flavor profile and now I am sad to say it is no longer any good. I will not go back to Tijuana flats because they have sold out to corporate and are now lacking in every way possible.

I ordered 4 bottles of sauce online 5 days ago. No contact with company at all. They took my payment with ease but they have yet to send my product. I cannot reach them on phone or email. Just horrible for business. This was time sensitive purchase for a gift. We are now late.

Lauderhill location just terrible. Never the same since they changed the menu ingredients and staff.use to be welcoming and helpful now they just are no personality and rude. bland wannabe Mexican food seems like corporate doesn’t care about their customers just their money sad to see this happen to a company with potential.

Roosevelt Blvd location in St Pete refused to honor a Rays / Kanes promotional voucher because I visited twice in the same day. I went for lunch around 3pm and when I went back at 7:30 for dinner they refused to honor the voucher. Server said it was 1 per day but manager said it was 1 per shift……..but promo says 1 per visit. I was given contact # for a district manager and she never returned my call the after I left a V. mail for her. A week prior my neighbors daughter was able to use 3 vouchers on 1 visit by herself……….so i guess if you are a pretty blond lady its no problem……but if you are a 60 year old guy wearing an old T-shirt you are treated differently. Too bad they are willing to lose a customer over a $2 taco………..my next call is going to be to the health Dept as I have witnessed servers handling money and then food without washing their hands and another server sneezing in her hand and then handling food
